How We Work
It is also important that you deal with us in the way in which you feel most comfortable, whether it be in person, by telephone, post or over the Internet.
Before we can provide specific advice, we need to have a clear picture of your current financial situation – and what you’re hoping to achieve in the future. Naturally, our recommendations will need to fit in with your own current, and longer term, plans.
How you choose to utilise our services is your choice, but you can rest assured that you’ll receive the same high level of impartial advice and service whichever route you take.
Our advisers are dedicated to providing face to face advice to you. We will normally aim to arrange a meeting at our offices. However, if you would prefer, we could meet at an alternative venue of your workplace or your home.
Because situations can change, we provide on-going advice on request, so your personal adviser will be able to meet with you to review both your aims and your investments.
Who pays for our advice to you?
At other times we may charge a fee but you can be sure that we’ll discuss this with you before you choose to follow our advice. Any initial meeting or discussion is completely free of charge and there’s no obligation to take things further. You’re in control at all times and you’ll always know exactly how much our advice will cost.
